Why is walking so good for me?
Walking has multiple benefits for you.
The main reason we love walking is that you can do it safely and daily, either before or after WLS. Walking is gentle on the joints and therefore also great during recovery, when it is better not to do strenuous activities. Yet low-impact exercise still improves cardiovascular strength and circulation, reducing the risk of heart disease and cardiovascular conditions.
Don't you like walking? Swimming and cycling are also great ways of exercise.
