Drinking tap water makes me nauseous. What can I do?

Try water from a bottle.

Tap water can be heavy on the stomach. You can try water from a bottle, because that is filtered and less heavy. 

Drinking a whole glass of water can also be too heavy on your stomach, so try to drink small amounts of water throughout the day. For example, always carry a water bottle with you.

Nowadays, there are very handy water bottles with time markers on the outside. These are a great reminder to check if you’ve had your water by a certain time. Just be sure to drink the water in small sips, or it could still be too much for your stomach.
