How can I check the status of my returned product?

Via your track and trace code.

When you return your order, you will receive a track and trace code. You can use this to check where your package is and if we succesfully received it. 

It may take a few weeks before our warehouse processes the package. We understand that this is quite long for you. Therefore, you can share the track and trace code with us via customerservice@fitforme.co.uk. We will make sure you receive your money back and do not have to wait on the warehouse.
